The Provider gives no warranty,expressed or implied, for the email services provided, including, without limitation, warranty of merchantability and warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. This no warranty expressly includes any reimbursement for loses of income or any information due to disruption of service by provider.

Provider is not responsible for any damages arising from user&undefined;s use of service or by user&undefined;s inability to use the email services for any reason.

While provider shall make every reasonable effort to protect and back up data for user on regular basis, provider is not responsible for user&undefined;s files residing on provider server.User is solely responsible for independent back up of data stored on provider server.
